Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED JEWELRY:

  • All custom‑made, personalized, engraved, resized, or made‑to‑order items are FINAL SALE.

  • These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law.

By placing an order for a custom or personalized product, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

This store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with EBEN JEWELRY LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or disputes between you and EBEN JEWELRY.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising out of transactions with EBEN JEWELRY.
