EBEN Jewelry
Returns
At EBEN Jewelry, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear

All original tags attached

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (flat rate $7.95), except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers may drop off their return at any UPS location using the provided QR code from Shopify or purchase a shipping label directly.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, contact us immediately at jewelryeben@gmail.com.
In these cases, EBEN Jewelry will cover the return shipping cost and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
Non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return:

Jewelry showing any signs of wear

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original purchase (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at jewelryeben@gmail.com.
